Lexroom is part of the revolution happening in the legal industry thanks to generative AI. So far, the results are promising: we have 220 customers, and over half of them save over 5 hours a week on research and drafting with our product.

What will you do

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be part of our Tech team, working closely with our CTO Andrea to develop and enhance the core technology behind Lexroom.ai. You’ll build scalable and robust backend systems, integrate advanced search technologies, and help optimize our cloud infrastructure.

Who We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in backend development
• Proficient in Python, or better you love Python
• Relevant experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with search technologies like Elasticsearch or Vector DB
• Experience with TypeScript, React, and working knowledge of Machine Learning is a plus, but not required
• Curious, proactive, and eager to make an impact, Always exploring new ways to improve performance
