At Lexroom.ai, our mission is to bring superpowers to lawyers to let them complete hours of work in seconds.

Lexroom is part of the revolution happening in the legal industry thanks to generative AI. So far, the results are promising: we have 200 customers, and a third of them save over 5 hours a week on research and drafting with our product.

We are a young startup. We closed a €500k pre-seed round in December 2023 and are now looking to grow our tech team with a Junior Software Engineer that will work directly with our CTO (Andrea) on some of the most complex challenges in Generative AI implementation.

What will you do

• You will design, develop, and maintain web scrapers using Python, Scrapy, Selenium, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with the team to identify requirements, provide technical solutions and develop internal tools
• You will be one of the first hires: we’re looking for someone with aligned values. You are someone that wants to grow and scale with the company and lead by example new hires

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
• 0-2 years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in Python
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in team settings

Nice to Have

• Experience with ML or NLP
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform)
